1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity document submission and address verification, required by 7z77 as a condition of processing withdrawals above specified thresholds.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The 7z77 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are aged 21 years or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. 7z77 reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the age requirement is not satisfied. Any winnings generated by an underage Player will be forfeited.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To create a 7z77 Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid email address, and a mobile number associated with your bKash, Nagad, or other registered payment method. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any details change.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one 7z77 Account. Creating duplicate, multiple, or affiliated accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited. 7z77 uses automated detection systems to identify multiple accounts linked to the same individual, device, IP address, or payment method. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be closed, and all balances and winnings in excess of the original deposited amount may be forfeited at 7z77's discretion.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

7z77 operates with a primary focus on players located in Bangladesh, including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the 7z77 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 7z77 does not accept Players from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

2.5 Account Verification

7z77 may require identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following unusual account activity. Required documents may include a government-issued national ID card, passport, or driver's licence, together with proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Security

3.1 Player Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 7z77 Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 7z77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access

If you become aware or suspect that your 7z77 Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 7z77 support immediately via the live chat facility within your Account or by email to [email protected]. 7z77 will investigate reported incidents and may suspend affected Accounts during any investigation period to protect Player funds.

3.3 Two-Factor Authentication

7z77 strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for their Accounts where this feature is available. Enabling 2FA provides a material additional layer of security against unauthorised access and is particularly recommended for Accounts holding significant balances.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

7z77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. 4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account tier and are displayed within the Cashier section of your 7z77 Account. 7z77 does not charge fees on deposits made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket, though your mobile money provider's own transaction fees may apply separately.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the 7z77 Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC) as set out in Section 2.5. Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable; they must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before any portion may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.

4.4 Processing Times

7z77 processes withdrawal requests during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, during major cricket tournaments, or where additional verification is required.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on the 7z77 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Where a Player deposits using a payment method denominated in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. 7z77 is not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by third-party payment processors.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 7z77 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are disclosed at the time the offer is presented. Where a general wagering requirement applies, it means the bonus amount must be wagered the stated number of times on qualifying games before any portion of the bonus balance is eligible for withdrawal.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms, bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any Player found to be exploiting, abusing, or circumventing 7z77 promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion with other Players, arbitrage betting strategies, or any other form of bonus manipulation — will have their bonus funds and any associated winnings forfeited. 7z77 reserves the right to close the Accounts of Players engaged in systematic bonus abuse and to recover funds already withdrawn where bonus abuse is subsequently established.

5.4 Seasonal & Special Promotions

7z77 offers seasonal promotional campaigns tied to events including the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, Eid celebrations, and Pohela Boishakh. Specific terms governing these promotions are published within the Promotions section of the platform at the time each campaign is launched. Seasonal promotion terms supplement rather than replace these general Terms & Conditions.

6 Betting & Game Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

7z77 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. Bets are not accepted or confirmed until a confirmation message is displayed within the Platform. Any bet that does not receive a confirmation message has not been accepted, and no wager has been placed. 7z77 is not liable for any loss suffered by a Player as a result of a bet that was not successfully confirmed.

6.2 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by 7z77 in circumstances including, but not limited to: the event being cancelled or abandoned before the relevant market is determined; a palpable error in the odds or market offering at the time the bet was placed; evidence of match fixing, corruption, or irregular activity affecting the relevant event; or a technical error resulting in an incorrect market display. Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the Player's Account balance.

6.3 Casino & Slot Game Rules

All casino and slot games available on the 7z77 platform use independently certified RNG technology. Game outcomes are determined entirely by the RNG and are not influenced by the Platform or by any external party. Each game's specific rules, paytable, and RTP (Return to Player) percentage are displayed within the individual game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding game rules before placing any wager.

6.4 Crash Game Rules

Crash games available on 7z77, including Crash Goal and Double Fortune, operate on a provably fair multiplier mechanic. The multiplier increases from 1.00x and may crash at any point determined by the certified RNG. A Player's winnings are calculated by multiplying their stake by the multiplier at the point they choose to cash out, provided cash-out is actioned before the crash occurs. Failure to cash out before the crash results in the forfeiture of the stake for that round.

6.5 Disputes

Any dispute relating to a bet, game outcome, or transaction must be raised with 7z77 support within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered. 7z77's decision on all disputes, following a reasonable investigation, shall be final and binding subject to the Player's right to escalate unresolved complaints to 7z77's designated dispute resolution process as described on the Platform's support pages.

7 Responsible Gaming

7z77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its platform. All Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time reminders, and loss limits via the Responsible Gaming section of their Account settings. These tools are available at all times and take effect immediately upon being set.

Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to use 7z77's self-exclusion facility, which allows a Player to voluntarily exclude themselves from the Platform for a defined period of between 30 days and 5 years, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be suspended, all marketing communications will cease, and no new Account may be opened by the same individual.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7z77 platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, winnings forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening or operating more than one 7z77 Account, including accounts operated by associates, family members, or third parties on the Player's behalf.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any identity verification process.
• Using another person's payment method, identity documents, or Account credentials without authorisation.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform as a conduit for transferring or concealing illegally obtained funds.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, software bugs, or RNG patterns to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Players.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, analyse markets, or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to regular Players.
• Colluding with other Players in live casino games or poker games with the intention of gaining an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or wagering based on non-public information relating to a sporting event.
• Systematically exploiting promotional offers, bonus structures, or free bet awards in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 7z77 platform — including but not limited to the 7z77 brand name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, video content, sound files, and game interfaces — is the exclusive intellectual property of 7z77 or its licensed content providers. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, displayed, posted, transmitted, or modified in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of 7z77.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 7z77 platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit any resale, distribution, or commercial exploitation of the Platform or its content. Any breach of 7z77's intellectual property rights may result in Account closure and legal action.

10 Privacy & Data

7z77 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By creating a 7z77 Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy sets out the categories of data collected, the legal basis for processing, data retention periods, and your rights as a data subject.

7z77 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification service providers, and game content providers solely to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and fulfil contractual obligations to Players. 11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7z77 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the Player's use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory, even if 7z77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7z77's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 7z77 does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Amendments & Termination

12.1 Amendments

7z77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via the email address registered to their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform no less than 7 days before the amended terms take effect. Continued use of the 7z77 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.

12.2 Termination by Player

You may close your 7z77 Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any applicable KYC verification. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

12.3 Termination by 7z77

7z77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time and without prior notice where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, prohibited conduct, breach of these Terms & Conditions, or where continued operation of the Account would expose 7z77 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk. In such cases, 7z77 will conduct a review and communicate the outcome to the Player at the email address registered to the Account.

12.4 Governing Terms

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 7z77 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
